APOK News
As the time change sweeps around the world, and our internal clocks get realigned, we prep for the time warp into a new year (or at least that’s how it feels). With so much going on, November and December seem to fly by. Before we greet 2020, I’ll be out and about sharing the APOK Series working my way to the top of the New Times best seller list. Helping to spread the word, both novels are now available at all the major retailers worldwide. Thank you Friesenpress for making this a reality yet again.
Saturday November 16th, 2019 – I have been selected to participate in the 2019 Local Authors Showcase taking place at the Innisfil ideaLAB and Library 967 Innisfil Beach Road, Innisfil. I’ll be speaking about the journey and where it’s going.
APOK and APOK Derailed are being judged right now to determine their suitability by one company for films or Television. Fingers-crossed.
Also in November 2019, I’ll be on another talk show. I’ll provide the details where to watch it when I find out more.
I would like to thank Barrie ROGERS TV, Joanne Rosato and Anne Craddock for having me on their show that aired recently. When the online version becomes available I will provide the link.
If you know of any upcoming events that you want me to participate in, please let me know and I will work on making that a reality.
Much like anything in life, going out there and making it happen can feel like a lonely road. However reflection can illuminate the situation. Behind every single person is a host of people who have helped them get to where they are… some are with a smile and some with a frown, but we are who we are because of the people around us. Even if you want to nothing to do with those around you, it is up to you to change the situation, and if you do, it is through that experience that helped you be a better version of yourself. That being said, I am grateful for the good and the bad, despite not being overly pleased during the bad times.
The Joe Cocker song comes to mind, “With a little help from my friends.” Your support and sharing the APOK word is so incredibly valuable.
Happy November everyone and Thank you,
Mike
